My friends and I went there.. First off the service just to order was terrible because they were very rude. When we got our food our sandwiches were cold, but we didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to complain. Then my boyfriend found 2 HAIRS in his sandwich. My friend took the sandwich to them and asked for a new one. Once we got a new one the employees were talking very loudly about us because we asked for a new one. The one employee then said “she wanted another sandwich because she’s fat” and that’s when we said something because that is not okay. I would not recommend eating there. Terrible terrible service I wouldn’t even give them one star!!!!

I ordered a Large Ice Coffee and 2 small cups. Angie advised me that my price was $5.24 when in my recent visits to this location I have not been charged for cups. I only pay $3.45 for a large ice coffee. I’ve visited about 7-10 times in my previous days and today she had the nerve to say, “Well my manager is here, and she advised me we charge for water cups now.” To me that’s ridiculous since I’m being charged for a cup of water when I only asked for 2 cups on the side. Then she gives me 2 cups with no water or top lids… #WheresTheWater and lids if I’m being charged for it? Management and Angie seem very greedy if you ask me. STARBUCKS will never charge for a plastic cup not even if I get a WATER CUP. I will never come to this Dunkin again. Go to the one on New Scotland or Shaker Rd there nicer and wont charge you $1.30 for a plastic cup. Angie was very sarcastic and didn’t even bother to be nice about it as I was in a friendly tone.

Trash! Never go here. Workers are lazy and don’t care. To busy smoking outside to answer a phone. Throw their donuts out 2 hours before it close just so they don’t have to deal with people. Places like this ruin everybody’s overall experience for certain businesses.
