I was at dunkin’ donuts road this morning there were 7 employees behind the counter arguing with each other. Two customers complained about their orders that were screwed up. I waited almost 10 minutes and then get waited on. I wind up leaving. Evidently the manager didn’t have control of situation.

Horrible , horrible , horrible ! $3+ bucks for a coffee and the employees cant even remember to put the 8 sugars in . Then when asked to fix it said they couldnt cause I took a sip . How would I know then ? They could’ve made a new one considering. Advice get some better management and stop trying to cut corners on payroll .

Unfortunately, I just dealt with an extremely rude person at the window. The person who cashed me out was very pleasant. When I told him that my order was incorrect he said they were having a debate about it. This other employee took the coffee and poured it down the sink. She poured a new one and brought it to the window with a very annoyed expression on her face. Then proceeded to slam the window. I signaled to ask her to come back and asked her if there was a problem with my order. She said no, slammed the window again, and walked away. My coffee is now in the garbage. Terrible service.

My man was in this store with his service dog and got refused of service by a manager who also refused to give him food he paid for because of the fact that he had his service animal inside of the store. Luckily he did get a refund but it’s just the fact that Dunkin is supposedly service animal friendly.
