I give five stars from the perspective of the owner of the store. The new staff kept costs under control. I almost always come here to buy breakfast before going to work, the staffs are efficient and friendly. But a new employee gave me a latte that looked like someone else had. I asked her why too less, she replied because I order less ice.

I ordered an egg and a vegan sausage patty on a bagel, no cheese. Not a difficult order. I received a bagel with some weird green egg thing on it and looking at my receipt I was charged for an egg and cheese on a bagel. It’s not that hard to make breakfast sandwiches, but apparently it’s too much for these workers to comprehend. Go to the other location around the corner they don’t get orders wrong.

My boyfriend and I have been going to this location more since we’ve moved closer to the area. We have had only positive experiences so far and the employees have been so friendly and nice. Today I ordered a white hot chocolate but found out they didn’t serve it at this location anymore. The associate at the drive-through was really sweet and adaptive and offered to add pumps of white chocolate flavoring in a regular hot chocolate for me. I accepted and he had me try it first to see my reaction, perhaps to make sure I would like it, which didn’t bother me at all and made me smile. (I was careful as he warned me how hot it was) It did taste good and I was thankful for his kindness! He also switched out a sandwich bread for me (I preferred english muffin over croissant). I wish we had chosen to get a receipt so I could properly do a survey and mention the man’s name. He was very thoughtful.

Always consistently good, good price. I can count on excellent caffeinated drinks and excellent donuts. The menu has expanded and ice cream is excellent too. I don’t know what else to say. I don’t frequent other fast food restaurants.

LOVE this dunkin. I typically go before work through the drive-thru and always have my dog with me. Eileen is by far the sweetest she remembers my order, my name, and even my dogs name. My coffee is also always made correct, and the service super fast. I give all the thumbs up for this location.

I wen through the drive through here five mornings in a row. The staff got more friendly each day, but they started out not so friendly or attentive. I’m guessing they don’t get a lot of “on the go” orders as they seemed confused on the first day when I used the service. Overall, consistent quality of products.

They need to get it together and be more organized. If I place an order online and come to pick it up and you tell me at the order screen to pull it because its ready but once im there you’re asking me what did I order…..and then to be rude to me because i expect to be given ALL of what i ordered…yeah I must be crazy just get it together over there.

Only thing left that is good in DD is the cold brew coffee and regular iced coffee. Since they have stopped making the donuts at each location and now make them in a factory and ship them to the stores on baking trays to make them look like they are fresh baked the donuts have become garbage. Smaller more expensive and every time I try to give them another chance for and try one they always taste stale. Half of the drinks are made with syrups.
