They recently remodeled the outside but inside it still looks like a place that hasn’t been remodeled since the 2000s the coffee is not coffee why do they make you more milk than anything else and still telling them You want it dark they don’t

I arrived at the counter at 3 pm to place my order. After standing there 5 minutes I asked the two people who had been processing drive through the drive through orders if counter was open. A young man, piped up and said “We’ll be there in a few minutes we’re busy. “. A minute later he arrived and at 3:06 took my order of a large iced matcha and a single order of hash browns. After processing a few donut orders and drinks I got my drink the same time as the lady behind me Still no hash browns. At 3:15 pm Divan rang out another set of people out for donuts. I said “what about my hash browns?”. His response was “can’t you see we are busy here?”. I asked for a refund as it should not take that long for a side order of hash browns. I got $1.50 back but he never apologized. I as a paying customer just supposed to accept it. Sorry but This is unacceptable. Never mindy tea was made terribly. This location is a disgrace and insult to the company standards. I hope a health inspector comes in a sees the huge pile of food on the floor in the prep area.

Lots of people waiting and busy drive through. The staff was still friendly and efficient. Floor was sticky, napkins were gone, stuff was smeared on the self serve condiments area.

Order here often but today left a lot to be desired. Ordered a half dozen donuts, all frosted differently and rather than using a box, they were thrown in a bag on top of one another. Frosting no longer on the donuts but literally everywhere else. Looks like a lazy and sloppy mess.

I had to repeat my order 3 times then none of my order had sugar in it even though the tag says it (3 coffees), I paid extra for whipped cream and never got it. I tried to order snack n bacon but they stopped cooking so I couldn’t get it and it was only 4:45pm and this wasn’t the first time they’ve stopped cooking so early. Never going to this location anymore!

Every time we stop here it’s a 20 minute wait and my order is very regularly wrong. I don’t have this problem at any other Dunkin. This is like the worst most inconsistent Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ll be avoiding this one from now on.

I would understand if they didn’t close the one on route 30, but they did, and both places are owned by the same company. I don’t understand why they would do this knowing that they have staffing issues. Why they wouldn’t wait. Drive-through backed up to the road, inside a group of people wait for their food. unfortunately though, people aren’t making their food orders correctly or just simply forgetting items. If you’re having a staffing shortage, you probably shouldn’t close your other location for remodeling forcing the staff at the one location downtown, which is this one to work twice as hard. If you just want to close your stores say that. Because at this rate, that’s all you’re going to do is drive you’re already slim workforce away. Will not return to this location. Waiting on the route 30 location to re-open

The last 3 days I have had to go into the store after ordering my French vanilla cappuccino to have it remade cause they insist the vanilla and French vanilla are the same it’s is not the same learn how to do your job or go find a new one.
