I thought drive-through will make life easier of our area who love Dunkin’ Donuts but I was wrong today I was in the drive-through I had a horrible experience. I asked for medium, iced caramel and mocha latte but I got something else a broken straw. Many people left Dunkin donut without their coffee when I went to the window African-American fat WOMAN was taking orders. In one ear she had drive-through ordering device and the other ear she had headphones talking on the phone I attach a picture with the proof. I hope the owner of this Dunkin donut know what’s going on. He spent so much money to treat our community like this.

I just went and they charged me $3 for cream cheese on my bagel and they forgot my donut. How is cream cheese more money than the actual bagel. I tried to do the online survey and it won’t accept any of the information on the receipt. I tried to call and their number isn’t in service. it’s a bunch of kids who don’t know what they are doing and clearly this location need an on-site manager. Also read that they are overcharging others and probably pocketing the money. not the first time order was disappointing. won’t be going back again and it just opened recently.

the food & drinks are what to be expected. however, i mistakenly didn’t order decaf. i immediately called their number to correct this, but their phone number is disconnected? what kind if business are you not able to reach on the phone; ESPECIALLY a food business? really not a good look. i have heart issues so i just dumped the coffee instead if arguing with an employee since it was my own mistake. but please; fix your phone DD

I’ve ordered in person 3 times from this place and all 3 times they got the order wrong. So today I decided to use the app and when I got there they completely got the order wrong. The frozen coffee had whipped cream. I asked for it without so the manager took a scoop and took it out and gave it back to me. It still had whipped cream in it so I asked for a new one and got another one with chocolate in it. The hot chocolate had no creme in it and I wanted it. The coffee I asked for decaf but after all of this I dumped it out because I couldn’t trust it to be decaf. These people cannot follow instructions and can’t read from the app. I will not be back there. Terrible place.

Brian who works the drive thru is so nasty every time I go. He handed me a drippy coffee and when I asked for napkins he threw them at me. Go somewhere else. This new place needs an attitude adjustment.

Phone number disconnected and was just there for munchkins, chocolate and jelly filled, non at all ,went to other location on William Floyd by railroad tracks, also out. Something is always out of stock, I will update this next time I go.
