The coffee here is top shelf, second to none in my opinion. The coffee tastes fresh and flavorful every time I stop by for a cup. I don’t really order food with my coffee here, but I’ve had their hash browns and plain doughnuts. Not impressed with either of them.

Stopped in to use the bathroom. No door knob on the door on inside of bathroom!!!! I did not try to close it because I knew I wouldn’t be able to get out, but even with the door leaning, I got trapped!! Scariest thing ever. I ultimately was able to get the door open after 10 minutes of being trapped!!!

Good customer service on the other hand I haven’t had a decent hazelnut swirl coffee and a long time. They keep saying they don’t have it or they don’t have it anymore. So because I wait so long I lost two free coffees already. So what was the sense of that. So I settle for the vanilla swirl iced coffee.

Need to have better people working there,one that will follow the order correctly. My drink was horrible. I never have any other issues with any other dd, just this one. There are 4 other stores in the surrounding neighborhood and never do I have a problem with any other ones. The drinks are expensive to begin with but when you spend the money and don’t get what you ordered is pretty aggravating. The drive thru is bad also. If they can’t get anyone to work there then the manager should be there not these young kids who have no clue what they are doing. The only reason you got one star is because I can’t post without a star.

Great store great people who work there. The problem is the school kids. They swarm the place and have no manners or respect for adults. Which seems to be a generational thing. Management should hire security to get a handle on things.

The store was not crowded & the service was fast. My only complaint was the cashier & the manager (I think) could not answer questions about my DD gift card which was loaded with a sufficient amount of $$. I was trying to avoid paying cash, since I really didn’t have much & had to search & search my purse for the $4 I needed to buy my coffee.

We have 3 other dunkins In the area… I use them all.. However this particular one is always the worst… I always do a mobile order and it’s never ever ready…. it’s always a simple order too it’s always either black coffee or hot chocolate nothing crazy and I always have to wait forever… everyone there ignores you too until u say something…. the drive thru… counter all get helped but mobile still waits… I get it their busy and I’ve worked retail but the service is so bad… today I waited 27 mins for 3 hot chocolates and a coffee absolutely absurd. I’m done at this point I will use the other one who can actually service their customers right.

This location is conveniently located on Mastic Rd. They always get my Drive Thru orders correct. The only issue I encounter here is sometimes you are waiting awhile at the speaker to place your order. If you are not in a rush, this place works.

Love dunkin absolutely hate this location, coffees are ALWAYS wrong and I was going multiple times a day the know my voice but there never right thats why the line is always 20 cars deep they have to keep remaking them 1 week ago I went 3 times one day to have the same coffee remade and the put the paper from the straws in my cup! I ended up throwing up also because my mom get oatmilk and I get regular or im supposed to and they mixed the two together. Its faster and more convenient at this point to make my own ice coffees at home!
