I began coming to this Dunkin donuts when they first opened. Manager and staff were friendly for about a week…. Then staff changed now they sit at the table…. Hanging out…. No one is at the counter. This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever been too. We have tried 3 times to order black coffee and each time were given a cup of mostly milk and sugar with our coffee. We also tried ordering a chai tea latte twice and the first time it was mixed with coffee and the second time all milk. Such a disappointment.

Place is hit and miss. Sometimes it all goes well, sometimes it doesn’t. Went to the drive through and ordered a coffee and avocado toast. Coffee was not made the way I asked. Although very clean, donuts were not fresh, no jelly in jelly donut, staff looked unhappy, no smiles, could have made coffee quicker at home. Knowing it’s a new place, kinks need to be worked out but experience didnt make me say wow. Also, hardly any choices in donut selection. Although the coffee tasted delicious, when my husband got to the bottom of his coffee he got a mouth full of coffee grinds.
