I read the reviews before coming here myself and I must say it’s hard to blame the “kids/young girls” working the store. Operating a store under a management who clearly doesn’t care themselves is motivation enough to not care about your job. This location gave up on OB a long time ago. Stop attacking the kids. Write to corporate if you’d actually like to see change.

Worst DD in the area. I live close by try to keep the business local but they never stopped to disappoint me. Ordered thru mobile app ahead of times no matter how much time I gave them when arrived for pick up it’s either not ready or something is missing! Always!!! Now I have to go back to the DD by Jericho Turnpike which is farther from my house but at least they’re always ready!

Today is my bday. I had my app open and my license. I told them i get a free drink every year but the app wasn’t working. The manager said that’s not my problem. Without even trying to say anything else. Do not go here. Go to the one on S oyster bay

Customer service isn’t the best. My order was not right I drove back to have them fix it. The person seemed annoyed and just opens the lid and adds more coffee which made my drink taste worst.

This Dunkin was very bad. The floors were littered with trash, the latte was horrible, and the worker was wearing a hoodie and was obviously unhappy to be there. We went to another down the street.

Clearly can’t read instructions. I ordered now on two occasions tea with milk and splenda. Both time I got a tea bag with water. When I had to go back the guy was asked if he read the instructions and he just looked at me and said no.

This Dunkin’ donuts is decent at best. A lot of times they get my food and how I want my coffee wrong. Which is pretty simple. Black, no suger. Not sure if it’s a disconnect with the language with the people taking your order.

I wish I could rate this Dunkin negative 5 stars. The customer service is terrible. I order on the app all the time and my order is never ready. The owner must be absentee because most of the people who work here don’t care. The young guys are good. It’s the older short guy with the mustache who doesn’t care. And the girls who work there in the mornings are horrible too.
