Ordered online a bagel and cream cheese plus coffee. I saw they made only the coffee so when I asked the boy making the food if I could have my bagel he replied “Didn’t get a bagel order so i’m not making it. Give me proof”. I was already going to be late to work but I dug it up & showed him and he still refused to give it to me after I clearly ordered and paid. IDK what his name is but he he is a skinny hispanic teenager always making the food. Rudest person. I am hispanic myself and people like HIM are an embarrassment to our ethnicity. I give them 3 stars only because some employees are really nice but other then that they don’t know how to make coffees, they always get the orders wrong and I only keep coming here because I work in the parking lot and usually don’t have time to go to another dunking shop. Maybe employees should learn how to make the orders correct and some employees need to fix their attitudes.

I placed on the go order went 10 minutes after I placed the order. My order wasn’t ready and only one employee behind counter. He never even asked me what my order was. There was at least 8 other customers in the shop and in the 10 minutes in there he didn’t go to counter once. It looked like he had 2 big Grubhub orders.

Third time was not the charm. I have tried going back here now 3 times this year only due to convenience. Always understaffed, orders take twice as long in comparison to other dunkin’s and they constantly get the orders wrong. Today I ordered a latte, then was charged more than usual for it. When I asked why, they said sales tax, not even realizing they charged me for another drink then proceeded to make me the incorrect drink. When I went to get my order, I told them it was the wrong drink to which they tried to tell me that I didn’t know how to order correctly. That was my final straw. Never going back.

This Dunkin’ location is THE WORST, I don’t know how they are still open. This place is always so dirty, food is cold, coffee is never made properly, and their machines are always broken. Ordered my food on the app after a double shift, went in and was told their oven is broken, only received my coffee and won’t get my food for my sandwich and hashbrowns the guy is just laughing while he has a group of friends like over 10

This location is a joke. The girl behind the counter had the absolute worst attitude when my order came out incomplete and I obviously pointed out I was missing two items. It took 20 mins to get two drinks and two bagels that I ordered ahead for pick up. Only writing this down incase management cares which by the other reviews, it doesn’t seem they do. good luck getting the very hard earned money from people during this time with service like this.
