Staff is fine but coffee often tastes burnt and baked goods are terrible. Donuts and muffins usually taste like they are a day old. They are often out of muffins. It’s 2 minutes from my house but I drive past it and go to the one in Bellmore now

WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN. a woman was screaming because she ordered a cake two weeks ago and they never made it and rightfully should because she spent a lot of money. i’m sure the workers were nervous about it so the girl who helped me kept messing up the register for my order. then she goes and makes my drink. she asks me does this look right. i’m like ugh you have to shake it a bit. She said taste test it for me i was like okay so i tasted it and i said wow that’s a lot of matcha. then she just kept staring at me like she was waiting for me to say i liked it i just said it was fine and then she’s just standing there i’m like uhhh what about the bagel i ordered she was like oh yea so she makes it and it’s half cooked and half not. like i get it your distracted because of the woman screaming but come on hire workers that know how to do their job.

After the two brown girls who knew how to work left this place is absolutely disgusting. The floors are never cleaned the people behind the register don’t know how to work. The manger does nothing for this place. 5 years ago this was the best Dunkin now I rather go to Starbucks and spend extra money then come here. A month ago I ordered photo donuts and the manger had no clue. Filthy and disgusting place to go to.

Never a line…efficient staff, they remember your order and have your coffee ready before you even order…some staff are friendly, others are not which is why they lose stars…paying a premium for a commodity should at least come with a smile if you order politely

Some of the nicest people I have met. I come here often to study, to the point that they have my order memorized. My last time I came in I had forgot my designer micheal kors bag. After a few days of me looking for it the manager had found a slip with my address in it and DROVE IT HIMSELF TO MY HOUSE with everything it in. Definitely recommend 🙂 Thank you again!! Never again will I ever step foot in this Dunkin’ Donuts. Paid to have special donuts made for a birthday and when I showed up they were not ready! Nasty employees, no one cared!! No manger on staff to even help out. Never spend another penny in that place
