Respect The Process

I love Dunkin Donuts, but I highly dislike this place. The customer service is not great at all. The benefit of the doubt maybe the young lady had a bad day “wrong” she always have a bad day. Example when one says thank you, the other should say your welcome, but all I’ve received was a silent walk away. Do better Dunkin.

I frequently visit this Dunkin location around 5:15am on Sundays while I’m on my way to my job. This morning was the SECOND TIME I attempted to order through the mobile app, and they were closed! This location now has $20 of mine and I’ve received no products in return. When I spoke to the owner she told me to call ahead and she will give me $11 worth of Dunkin products, but how often do I need $11 worth of Dunkin products? How can you just decide not to open on time some days when paying customers are placing mobile orders? After speaking with the very rude young lady who is working, she claims they were open. Luckily I took a photo as evidence of the closed location at 5:18am with not a soul in the parking lot or the building.

The stars are for the customer service. Do not buy Boston crane or jelly donuts here. There is barely a teaspoon of filling and they are $12.00 for a dozen. Ridiculous. Very dry until you get to the smallest bite of filling. Don’t advertise filled donuts if they are not. That is the third and last time. After chemo just wanted something sweet. Disappointing!

Definitely not the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been in. The girls are a little slow behind the counter, and they seem to have a difficult time understanding questions when they are asked. I’ve asked them several questions about some of the food or drinks they’re making and they cannot answer questions about food they’re serving. It should be a part of training to have your employees understand how the food is made and what’s actually in the food your ordering.

Three stars for the staff and their consistent friendliness. Another star for convenience. I do admit that my order is incorrect at times but I never have an issue getting is corrected when I ask. Most times the staff already knows my order and the service is quick. I don’t see the dirtiness that others mention but maybe I haven’t been paying close enough attention. One thing I can say for this location is that there isn’t a huge turnover with staff. Since working next door the past couple years, I have seen the same staff there for the most part and always a smile on their face. I have learned to double check my order in my bag before leaving but other than that, always a good experience here.

My order is always wrong but it’s the only dunkin in our area. This is now the 3rd time I went in 3 hours before closing and they had no drinks and refused to make any. No ice tea, coffee, ice coffee.. the only thing they said they have was decaffeinated iced coffee. The teens who work there dump everything way too soon. How are you a dunkin with no coffee?
