I went in with all intentions of purchasing food but after using the bathroom was quickly leaving the place. There was a dirty toilet and liquid… at the base of same toilet. A worker used it right before me and clearly left it the same way. I will try again but no donut purchase that day.

I had an average opinion of this place but today made it at a low. The young staff were all loopy – the cashier couldn’t find buttons on the register and then couldn’t figure out my change when I gave him cash. My food was ok – I feel like they omitted a few hash browns from my order and the sandwich was slightly wrong. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to get more aggravated. They tables weren’t clean and there were no napkins in sight. The staff were just hanging out after I received my order and proceeded to talk about who their favorite singer was and song, etc. I was very hungry and the only reason I didn’t rate them lower is because my iced coffee was made extremely fast and it helped slow by hunger down for a few. I probably won’t come back to this location. Not worth the aggravation.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and they forgot the egg . How do you forget the egg on a breakfast item it’s like making a cheeseburger and then forgetting the patty. Respectfully i would like to talk to whoever made my sandwich and ask if they are okay and if theres any problems that are causing this blatant lack of common sense.

I like the way they make my coffee I come here every morning but I am going to give zero stars for the lack of customer service they have. The younger kids are always so sweet and nice it’s the older ones who are so rude !!!!!!!! And refuse to give you your free coupons from the app due to them saying “ system down” it’s happened to me several times as to one time I caught on to her and it winded up reflecting off my bill and instead of apologizing to me for the honest mistake she started arguing with me … absolutely disgusting and unacceptable

I ordered a drink and a grilled cheese with the mobile app. When I got there, there was only one other customer in the store and I had to wait 20 minutes for my grilled cheese, even though I had ordered ahead. The employee was moving extremely slowly and was on her phone the entire time I was there.

Horrible! Staff was in another world when taking my order, they seemed lost. I asked for 2 caramel macchiatos and both coffees were almost white! barely any coffee on it. I asked for more coffee and the man gave me a dirty look and added a small drop of coffee. Terrible.

I have been a regular customer for awhile now. I have overlooked a bunch of mistakes but enough is enough. I almost never get what I ordered the first time. The staff isn’t friendly and they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I had to correct a mistake on my order 3 times, only to get to work and find that my large green tea, a simple order, was given to me as a black tea with milk. I waited on line the other day for a gift card, only to find that not one person in the store knew how to do it, nor did they care. I am not giving this place my business any longer. It costs me more to constantly replace the wrong orders.

The coffee is always fresh and the service is always fast and friendly the only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because lately the munchkins aren’t as fresh (Soft) maybe it’s the weather or maybe they aren’t selling as fast because of COVID but I will update my rating if it changes.

Omg. This location is slow. At least when I was there. Maybe it wasn’t the A team? All I can say is if you can’t make an espresso shot, and two coffees with half and half within 15 minutes when there is barely anyone in the store, you might want to rethink being in a business that has “run” in it’s slogan.
