This place doesn’t deserve a star !!! I picked up a cake for my moms birthday and this is what I came home to. The cake was in a bag and I didn’t open until I got home. My 2 year old could have done a better job. Just SAD how little to no care these employees had for a cake. Also did I mention I paid $30 for this !!!!

If I can give 0 I would. As soon as I walk in no good afternoon or greeting. The guy tells me to leave my bike outside. I don’t have bike first off I have a 3 scooter. Unagi is the brand. A scooter that is light weight 25lbs. I put it on my shoulder the guy is still being rude. Telling me to leave it outside. There is not sign. And I resolved the problem by putting it on MY SHOULDER!! Never would I walk in here again for a coffe or even gas smh

The guy was rude (his regulars he was nice to)and he doesn’t know how to make any food. Breakfast sandwiches was still cold and the ice tea was nasty. I won’t be going back to that place

I ordered specific donuts through Door Dash for delivery (minus any with chocolate) & received 8 out of 12 all with chocolate. When I called to notify them of the problem they had the audacity to hang up on me!! And when I tried calling them back they didn’t answer the phone. I notified DoirDash & they were very professional & rectified the problem to my satisfaction. DO NOT USE THIS DUNKIN LOCATION!!!

Horrible. Ordered an egg and cheese sandwich off Grubhub and was given a Bacon egg and cheese. I don’t eat bacon due to religious restrictions. You have to be going out of your way to be adding bacon to a sandwich that doesn’t ask for it. Very unprofessional and was absolutely disgusted.

What a great treat… Dunkin inside a gas station, which is not super rare, but i didn’t see their sign outside. Fresh and delicious as always. Staff nice and place was clean, can’t ask for more.

Star Treatments

A totally convenient situation!!!! Gas, coffee, and donuts?!?! 24 hours?!?!?!!?! Yaassss!!!!! And they didn’t screw my coffee up! Easy to get to, right off the expressway, and the staff was super cool. The donuts weren’t even stale though it was like 5am. I’d go back!

Great location. They always have courteous staff members helping. A member helped me when I had car problems a few months ago so I usually stop by here and get myself snacks and fill in gas for the week

Today around 8am I walked in waited about 7-10 minutes for two customers to order and receive their items. When it became my turn I asked for a large macchiato with caramel. The teller said I cant make that and you must wait for the other person to come back in a minute. A little confused I asked how long as I had already waited a while and had seen no one but him. He rudely said a minute and brushed me aside. I was going to change my order to regular coffee just so I wouldnt have to wait but he started to serve the customer behind me. I was just not expecting this reaction. It’s not the first time they have been rude. I decided to make a trip to th Starbucks across the street. More expensive but I dont have to deal with other peoples attitudes in the morning.
