coffee was good but terrible service, wanted s dozen Valentine’s donuts and started to list what I wanted, with an attitude the worker told me she had premade boxes with what I wanted and pushed it on me . When I opened the box 90% of it was jelly when I was asking for brownie batter and vanilla creme. very frustrating to throw away money.

Service and people working there are great. However, when the weather is bad, the owners take it “offline” for mobile orders and even this website will say “temporarily closed” when it IS open for walk in, just not mobile orders. This will cause those people to just go to another one.

I visit this location daily for coffee. Depending on who is working and the time of day, you could be waiting a while. Overall the staff is great, if it’s not busy the staff has have my order ready as soon as I get up to the counter or they are in the process of making it.

The service was absolutely horrendous. Not one of the employees could keep their head out of their phone while they were helping people myself included. It took twice as long to get a few cups of coffee than it should have because everybody was so consumed with their social media.
