Got a coffee through the drive through and the person at the window doesn’t even say hello or goodbye and the girls inside were telling stories about their week to eachother and cursing every other sentence and I have a child in the car. Very inappropriate, much better Dunkin’ Donuts to go to on Long Island

Food usually is good at all the Dunkin donuts I have been too… However, this one, the sourdough breakfast sandwich and avocado sandwich was disgusting.. I couldn’t believe how flavorless mine was and my son threw his away cause it tasted funny…I agree it did Coffee was good though…That’s it

Used me be very good always got a cold brew always fresh. Now lately I know when I order a cold brew they’ve been giving me regular iced coffee with an espresso shot. They should just tell customers if they don’t have something , not give them something different. Twice I’ve wasted my money.

This was my “go to” Dunkin’ location for years. The food is good, the time to prepare an order placed in the Dunkin’ app is great and the staff member was courteous. However, today is my last time visiting this location due to another staff member’s lack of parking skills. This Dunkin’ location will now have 11 open parking spaces.

Tried this Dunkin again and disappointed to see that Hygiene isn’t their strong suit. This Dunkin needs to take page out of the Dunkin 1325 middle country rd when it comes to service and cleanliness. They have the person making your coffee and touching cash/ credit cards. Maybe they were short staffed but went back twice and same thing. Do not hold the lid for when handing people their coffee at the drive thru would be a start. Hopefully this gets better.

I love this dunkin location as I stop here often. It is super convenient being on nesconset Highway as I drive that way to work every day and I have an early shift, therefore coffee is important. They always get my order right, and as long as the line can be, it moves fast. The food is pretty good as well when I order it. Although it might just be “another dunkin” the team members inside work hard and seem to be great at customer service. 🙂

I vote this place a 1 star rating. I once went there to get a egg on my bagel, and the egg was cold. They did not make the egg, it was kept in there freezer. Another story, I told them about my deadly allergies. An half hour later I had an allergic reaction. One last story, I payed $20 to get drinks and donuts. We were $5 short, the workers started yelling at us. We went back to the car and they didn’t give us our money back. So we went back in and they only gave us 3 donuts, which was four dollars, we should have go everything but the donuts. To round this all up, the workers are rude. Horrible food and service. Lastly, filthy place.

Not good owner has a attitude and they don’t listen well when you order then they give you a hard time when they get the order wrong. I would not return to this store so disrespectful to the customers and it wasn’t just me they had an attitude with.

This is regarding the DD on Rt 347 at Jane Blvd. This is one of the older DD’s and it shows. Unaccommodating staff with no customer service skills. Went there at an off-peak time – no line whatsoever. Ordered a medium iced coffee and a small iced coffee. The woman did the transaction first before starting the order and immediately after paying I noticed a sign that said 2 medium iced coffees for $4.00 (you would think she would’ve alerted me to it, but no). I pointed to the sign and said…oh wait…I might as well get 2 mediums for 4 bucks, right? (My medium and small came out to $6 and change). The woman said “it’s too late”. I said what do you mean – you didn’t even pour the coffee yet. She said “I did transaction already”. I said just cancel the sale and start again. Reminder – there was no one behind me, so I wasn’t holding anyone up – I wouldn’t have done this if it was 7:00 am with a line of people behind me. I had to flag-down someone else and repeat the request – he did it but with no friendliness or apology. What is with people? It’s a customer-service business. I’m a friendly and polite person so there’s no excuse for rude service. The regular DD I go to always points out specials and sometimes even gives me a coupon price without a coupon. And if I’m with my 4 year old and order 3 munchkins for him they always put 6 in the bag. Little things like that cost very little but go so far. Now, a stupid experience like the one at this store will stick in my head and make me not go to that location again. Good job folks. I’ll be sure to use the two newer ones not far from this run-down one.
