We were waiting by ice cream ( employees saw us entering in front and doing toward icecream)and for 10 min no one out of 4 people by donuts came to ask 2 of us for help. And when we did walk towards the donuts and complained no one even apologised.

I try to avoid this location but on the rare occasion I do visit this store it’s always a flop. The woman who works the overnight is always in a terrible mood and has a nasty attitude. She takes little to no pride in her work, doesn’t make you the correct drink and then gets mad at you for her own mistake. I drive 10 minutes out of my way daily just to avoid this trash experience.

I was lied to. Told something that wasn’t true. I was manipulated and verbally attacked. I was told something that would change the course of my life for ever. I was told that there would be no more strawberry dragonfruit refreshers. The absolute utter horror I felt when I was told such a thing. I wake up every morning wanting a strawberry dragonfruit refresher from dunkin. The shock and disturbance I experienced when I was lied to by a worker that there would be no more strawberry dragonfruit. I went to the corner of the room and cried. Cried my heart out, and no one was there to help my tears. No one was there to make me feel safe and welcomed. Just writing this, the trauma is coming back to me. Then after I spent time sulking in the corner, the worker finally told me the truth. I’ve never had a worse experience at a dunkin ever. I feel hurt, betrayed, and I was never at such a low point in my life. I feel sorry for whoever else has to experience such a thing. Us strawberry dragonfruit lovers don’t deserve this cruel treatment. It is such a shame that this is the world we live in. A world full of lies. I left this dunking feeling like I could trust no one. I feel lonely and confused. Sad and betrayed. I hope that this review knocks some sense into the awful people who work at this establishment. I pray for a world where strawberry dragonfruit refresher lovers don’t have to suffer from the cruel liars of this world. Society is falling into shambles. Please make a change dunkin. God Bless you, and your family. Whoever is reading this as someone who wants to attend this dunkin, I hope you are aware of the kind of experience you are signing up for.

Worst Dunkin’ donuts ever. I’ve stopped in this Dunkin’ five times at around 4:00 p.m. and The shelves are always bare. And when I asked them if they have any donuts they tell me sorry we have no donuts. I mean doesn’t decide outside say Dunkin’ donuts if they’re not going to have any donuts then maybe it should just say coffee. So if you’re looking to pick up some donuts on your way home from work like I do don’t stop at this Dunkin’ donuts because you will be very disappointed. I don’t know who the manager of this store is but they should really be getting on his employees about this.

The only problem I have with Dunkin is that nobody anywhere ever listens to you. You tell them, only sausage and cheese please and they always gotta add the egg and I’m always saying, didn’t you hear me, I said sausage & cheese. I stopped going often because of this and switched to 711 where nobody understands English but at least I chose my own order.

This is was horrible. They gave me an attitude for no reason. I ordered the Frappuccino and it said it came with the whipped cream, and they gave me a regular one. Pressure you to get more stuff. Very little selection in donuts and the munchkins are very stale. Overall don’t go here the staff are rude.
