I asked for decaf and they made it regular so when I asked to remake it with decaf they wanted me to pay for a new coffee. Also a different time our door dash order was taken and they wouldn’t remake it. No thanks I’ll give a different Dunkin my business.

Lakeland Avenue in Bohemian makes me my extra large hot coffee 6 milks on the go 3 times a week or so. Always spot on and ready for me to pick up. The staff is organized, efficient, hardworking, and very polite. They always get it 100% right!!

Coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee, very watery, tasteless, and if I could give no stars I would . I stopped going there long time ago I used to get donuts for the office, almost 4 times a week. Early morning 5:30 am always the same guy at the register with same attitude every day. Tried giving him a chance, and telling myself maybe he’s having a bad day , but the guy is miserable . Very rude. I go to another DD and coffee tastes like it suppose to, with friendly service.

Worst and slowest customer service ever. I went yesterday and ordered 2 croissants and a bagel twist. It literally took them 12 minutes to give me my order meanwhile whoever was coming after me and had 1-2 items they ordered were getting their food before me. And every few minutes a couple times I asked, I was rudly ignored and told “it’s coming”. Never waited this long at any other Dunkin location. I’ve never been more disappointed with a service then here where they pick and choose which orders to do first regardless who ordered first smh. Definitely will be taking this to the corporate.
