I am a resident of the area but have not been to this location in a bit and honestly won’t go back if those two employees are there. I asked if one type of drink could be made decaf and was answered so rude. They made both of the drinks incorrectly and gave attitude when I asked for whipped cream on the drink. They over heard my mom and I speaking about something else with my son and one of the employees proceeded to curse at my mother and told her not to bother asking for a manager because she had one more week employed there. I don’t get upset about much but to curse at and in front of customers and a toddler is disgusting.

I frequent this DD as it’s nearby to my home and usually it’s a good experience. I recently placed a mobile order and while picking it up I decided to ask for ketchup. The young server gave me such a sarcastic rude remark. All I asked for was ketchup! Perhaps this isn’t the greatest place if you are a POC. Or perhaps management should place condiments for consumers to take on their own so as not bother workers. Whatever the reason it was off putting.

This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been in, the staff are literally the nicest people on the planet. They pay attention to your order, I’ve been to many branches & a lot of them don’t give you what you asked for (drink-wise). 100/10!!!

Ordered a small hot chocolate. Got it and as can happen the powder was running low so I returned to let them see and instead of fixing the machine with more powder and dispensing a fresh cup of hot chocolate, the lady at the counter added more mix so the color was “darker”. This was for my toddler as I had ordered a decaf coffee and a regular coffee for my husband (plus donuts). The worker at this shift time made some less than good choices, ruining a regular Dunkin snack experience for us. Love Dunkin but not this location.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! They handed me a coffee only 3/4 full with coffee spilled all over the side. They did fill it up all the way when I asked, however it was extremely watered down tasting so I had to throw it out- sadly I already drove away. Also the employees were not properly wearing masks, and they put their hands all over the top of the cup- disgusting…

Bad experience with a rude and unfriendly associate named Tasnia. Gave me too much ice in my drink, I politely asked for less, she got all huffy puffy and I had to ask her twice to do it. If you don’t like people don’t get a customer service job. Either way they made good coffee… But I am a stickler for a poor employee ruining my experience and I will always give one star for that. If it helps I went in evening perhaps morning is better.
