The lady that works is rude and gives the order by pushing it as if she was forced to even make it at the first place they also have a BR inside the store.

Worst Dunkin in the area. I went in today around 5PM, and an employee at the register was eyeing and checking out my spouse. When I told him to look up, and stop checking her out, he continued to slam things in front of us and make us even more uncomfortable. When he finished making her drink he gave her a small size drink instead of the medium we paid for. Then he proceeded to lie and say she did not pay for a medium drink. I didn’t argue with him and so I left.

Today was the last straw in this store! I ordered a sandwich with turkey sausage and was given bacon instead. My husband is allergic to pork! He got sick immediately! Went back to the store only to be mistreated and aggravated by the manager who told me that he wouldn’t apologize for something that he didn’t do, what do I want him to do and that if I didn’t like the store why do I keep coming back! He kept playing games, asking me what I order when i gave him the receipt and my phone to look at the mobile order! He didn’t seem to see the gravity or convern of any repercussions! Who is going to pay for this medical bill???!! A big company such as DD , you guys let this happen? Read the reviews for this store! It’s trash! I will go to BBB as this is totally unacceptable!

There is this very cute Indian guy who works there. He packs my ice cream all the way to the top. He is so funny, cute and handsome. I just blush just thinking about him. Aside for the guy, the place seems pretty chill.

usually have a good experience at this location but I guess the staff was having a bad day today.. asked for my coffee roll to be warmed up, like I always do, and they gave me a nasty attitude saying that “they don’t do that”. I have never had an issue before with this one request at any Dunkin Donuts. Older lady staff member needs an attitude adjustment.
