Worst Dinkin Donuts on Long Island. If you dont know the difference between a chocolate frosted donut and a jelly don’t work there. To start off they handed me my coffee dripping down the sides and he says thank you but I look at him like um your forgetting the rest of the order. He asks is that it? Since you work here then maybe you can tell me when a large coffee now costs $9.95? What else did you get, are you kidding you just.looked at the order and brought me this ridiculous cup of coffee. The cup looked like it was reused. I gave it right back telling them try again and use a new cup. Then the donut problem, if he looks High then he probably is. When did DD go with mini donuts? All 3 Donuts fit in one of my hands. Too bad I left before opening the bag. That’s on me though. We go to other DD in the area and the Donuts are normal size and the coffee is also not a complete mess. All I can say is We will never go there again. 3 mini donuts and one coffee $9.95? Not a chance of seeing back there. This store is robbing the residents of Hempstead. UPDATE, just tried one of the Donuts and it’s stale like in hard WTH?

This location as the be the worse customer service spot. I went yesterday for a Frozen Coffee with Mocha, and asked for my free donut. I asked for an old fashion it must of been made 3 days ago. Rock hard took 1 bite threw it out. This is not the 1st time the product was bad but this was the worse.

Very nice service….the floor was sticky all over, they said they spilled a gallon jug of liquid sweetener. My issue is with the HEALTH CODE VIOLATION I saw….inside of this box on the counter that they had apple fritters in, were about 50 or so flies…like a ton. They were crawling all over the food and stuff. Made me think of that old tv show Monsters Inside Me. It was disgusting…

One of the DD was recently remodeled in Hempstead. I feel the service has changed meaning that my coffe don’t taste good like it did before and my toast cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese isn’t toasted long enough like it was before. What happen? New staff!
