I visited on Aug 19, 2023. I was disappointed with my experience. It is not my first time ordering the bacon avocado toast so I would know when the order was made wrong. In this case they put only a few pieces of bacon without the sesame. This branch is inconsistent with the way they create the product. In addition the workers do not know how to make the food and look clueless. Definitely ask for a refund or ask them to remake your order if not satisfied.

Horrible horrible service. They refused to cut my bagel and told me that knife comes on the side and I could do it myself. Also I asked if they could put cream cheese on a bagel and they told me that they cannot do that and that they will give me cream cheese on the side. I told them that the other Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever been to always did it for me and I’m not sure why they can’t put cream cheese on a bagel for me, they continue to say no no no and just ended up telling me if I didn’t want it, I could take it off. Also, when I presented with my Dunkins rewards app and told them that this is for free hashbrowns, they gave me a dirty face and told me that I should’ve told them beforehand.

I told them to clean the garbage I was there for 20 minutes and they just did nothing, also the place was kind of full and a customer said to me that an employee took a chair because I had no place to sit I waited and ask the employee for one and tod them that I needed a chair they just looked at me said nothing and left waited 30 minutes and they just did nothing.

Weirdest experience ever. Went very late (around 2 am) and told the drive through worker we needed a minute to look at ice cream flavors. He started listing all the flavors rapidly, finished, and asked again which we wanted. We hurriedly chose and he told us to pull up to the last window. We waited at the window for a few minutes, not knowing where the worker had gone (there were no other customers) and then he appeared and again asked what our order was. He tells us the total and we try to hand him a credit card and he just shakes his head no. So we scrounge up enough cash and he takes it, sets it on the counter, and gets us our ice creams. I’m confident he was pocketing the money and not putting the orders into the computer. Overall, a weird, bad experience and I would not return to the Baskin Robbins location.
