They refused to refill my reusable Dunkin mug (I had washed it and wished to pay for my refill.) I explained that I was looking to reduce trash. The manager poured coffee in a paper cup and said the solution was for me to put the cup into my mug and toss that in the trash? No environmental consciousness here.

The staff here is so friendly it is one of the main reasons why I drive from Lake Success to get stuff. I mean its dunkin’, service is quick but they take their time and get your order right. People think the customer service industry is dying, well this dunkin says otherwise. Parking lot is huge and they always decorate inside for holidays.

I was placing my order with Sebastian (who was super sweet and doing his job) when Greg or creg (man in red shirt who seems like he’s an AWFUL BOSS or thinks he’s in control) rudely interrupted him tand was bantering him about how there were donuts that needed to be made. Sebastian wasn’t doing anything wrong, he was simply taking my order because he saw me waiting. treating employees awful in general is unexceptionable but then to do it in front of a customer and continue to talk down to him is super unnecessary. Whoever the manager is definitely needs to remind creg about how to treat his peers and people like Sebastian deserve raises for dealing with that kind of bs.

Came in to grab a quick bite. Had a gift card that I bought and one that was given to me from a friend. Lady at the counter wouldn’t let me use both. And when I asked why that was because it didn’t make sense, she got defensive, loud and rude. Not sure what kind of rule this is but I just went to another Dunkin’ down the street. I’d rather drive further and go somewhere else but definitely not coming back here. STAY AWAY unless you wanna be treated poorly.

A gentleman working the counter is always so courteous. I wanted just brownie filled donut today but they didn’t have any so he had the kitchen make me a fresh heart shaped brownie donut which was out of this world! He also put it in a box for me. My cappuccino was also made perfectly. This Dunkin’ Donuts is the best thus far. So clean and the donuts are so fresh. Everyone is so nice working there!
