Order food today with Uber from Dunkin on Rt 17m. They sent everything but the two donuts I ordered. This review is because of that. When I called the store the phone ring then went silent like someone picked up then disconnect. I will not be ordering nothing from them unless I am there in person can’t trust them to fill an order with Uber

They can not do simple drink correctly. I ordered a Charlie one day and it was perfect. Ordered 2 more today and they were garbage!!! Watered down horribleness at its best. Tossed it right out. Can’t trust them to make it right the second time when they can’t do it right the first time. They take my hard earned cash and waisted it with incompetence and laziness. Do not Spend you money not your time there.

What a rip off. $1.79 plus tax for 6 little round hash brown nuggets that were room temperature, not crispy. How old were these? Sourdough breakfast sandwich so rubbery, it can barely be torn apart to eat. No receipt, shorted on change back. The owners should have their franchise revoked!!!!

I am not one to normally go and write reviews but this establishment has given me a bad experience yet again in the drive through , i go to dunkin’’ often and this time , which wasn’t the first time the drive through woman was the most miserable rude person. I was going to pull up my app on my phone and she was so impatient she says to me “ what are we doing now “ . I can tell you that i will not be visiting that establishment again. They should tell their employees to be a tad bit more happy/friendly .

I normally don’t have a problem and my last visit was a problem. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman cleaning the counter. Then a woman came and told me I will be helped at the other counter. I was told someone will be with you shortly. I was the only customer inside and I patiently waited what seemed to be 10 mins. I had to get their attention for me to be helped. Four people working and I’m just standing there. I didn’t understand what or why this is happening.
