DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!! I ordered a caramel craze latte with no whipped cream. I got a half of a medium cup with coffee and bits of what is supposed to be cinnamon and sugar strew on the sides of the cup. Not only that. I also ordered the bagel bites of which are supposed to come toasted or at least warmed up. Mine were stone cold and doughy.

One of the worst dunkin ever. Everytime i come here after shopping from bj, they are closed. Actually thry always close like 1 or 2 hr earlier then what online shows. I even see employees working inside but they keep their doors open. Right now it’s 8pm on Friday. And their door is closed. But i see people inside & online showing they close at 9pm

I was robbed, I paid with 3 bills of 20, for an order that I make every 8 days for a large box of coffee and several bagels for the people of the company, he tells me that 38 dollars are missing, which I pay with my card, the employee told me He asks for tips, that I see that they are taking care of me very well and I quickly tell him to charge the card when I ask for the receipt since it is expensive for me, this employee acts crazy until I have to demand that he hand it over, to my surprise Of the 60 cash he registered 50, that’s why he asked me for 38 more, and he charged 10 dollars of tips saying that it was a purchase of donuts, I asked him to solve it for me and he told me that he had given him 50, I looked at the cameras to see if he I said that, he apologized and told me to come by later for coffee and sandwiches, it was late so I left there but I’m going back to talk to the administrator
