I always drop by this Dunkin … it says it has baskin robbins outside but there is none .. best thing is , it is never crowded 🙂 quick service and nice parking outside . I actually love their iced coffees better than hot coffee. Regular coffee is kinda watery and light . We also like the lemon coolaata and hash browns . Overall a good experience.

I used a kiosk to place my order and I waited patiently by the pick up counter for more than 10 minutes, after 3 people (did not use kiosk) who came after me all had their orders fulfilled. Turned out nobody saw my order… so uh, there’s that. I spoke with someone and she quickly put my order together… Advice to DD: If you’re going to install a kiosk, please make sure someone is monitoring the order.

This dunkin used to be great and all until they started kicking kids out. I’ve been going here for 5 years since it was close by, and I have already graduated. But they still kick me out for dine in. So I’m always stuck outside the dirty tables.

So, I come here on the weekend mornings usually, and I have personally never had an issue with my orders. Usually I’ll get something like a large hot coffee with cream, bacon cheddar omelet bites, some assortment of donuts, or a frozen coffee.

Never, and I repeat, NEVER, fully gets your order correct. Why we continue to try coming to this DD is beyond me. Went to this location for the who-knows-how-many-times, hoping this time we’d get what we wanted. Got to drive thru and asked if they still had cornbread donuts. The answer was yes. Proceeded to order 2 cornbread donuts… do THESE look like such to you? Never again will I go to this location and I hope others will prevent themselves from making the same mistake.

Horrible customer service!!! the guy was so rude with me, when I was ordering he kept showing impatience and started Yelling at me, when I asked him to talk nicely he said that my car is away and you could not hear me, I said that I can hear him, he said then go away! First the green matcha looks like slightly green milk, they don’t even fill it up and it taste like water. This place is usually a disappointment from stale donuts, poor service, old coffee but over the past few months it has just gotten to the point that I am done coming here all together.

I very rarely have an issue with this location. Sometimes I’ll place an order on the app to pick up inside and I end up waiting a long time if I have anything other than a drink with my order. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

The one in Spotswood. I went there on two occasions and both times there was no one to write on cake for a birthday. This woman who I guess was the manager said to me. ” I don’t write on cakes and it’s going to come out sloppy”. So she went in the back and came out 5 minutes later with the cake. Yes came out sloppy but not bad. That is so lame. They need to train people to write on cakes. Not a very difficult thing to do.
