I don’t like to give low ratings or poor reviews but I was actually shocked at the poor customer service at this location, especially given the fact that I used to be a Starbucks barista and I know the customer service requirements for coffee shops. Before I continue, I’d like to say that I have no other complaints. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean, so sometimes you gotta take what you can get, I guess.

I got to say, I go there from time to time because I like to see if they have made any changes, but what a disappointment every time. I feel so bad for the kids that work there, they never have supervision and is always so slow and not right when it come to the orders. I hope they do something about this because is not fair for the paying customers and also for the young people that works there without the proper training and no supervision.

Nobody responded when we drove to the ordering window at drive thru. We went and waited up at the window for good 10mins. They took the order for 2 lattes only to give us at room temperature. Pathetic service and lattes.
