Just witnessed one of their female employees not only pay out of her own pocket for an older gentleman who seemed very down on his luck for him to get food and water, but she was so polite and caring to him. This DD makes the best coffee. The employees are friendly and the food is fresh and they serve with a smile. Another plus was they had alot of extra pumpkin flavoring that it went way past the season.

The people that work here on weekday mornings need better training. They are terribly slow and incompetent. Also the interior of this location is not very nice. With so many other Dunkin locations nearby, I will not be returning to this one.

The mobile orders in the morning do not get done in a timely manner..multiple times i have had to wait for it to be ready when i got there and than worse today i see the tickets just sitting there and they were not being made and the two ladys were just standing by the register talking to each other..i had to grab my mobile order receipt and bring it over to them at the register and ask them to make it after waiting for it for 5 min! The order was placed at 7:32 am and it was now 7:58 and i had to ask them to make it and than they make it and hand it to me and it was a medium..i paid for a large!!

A usually quiet place when I go but am sure it must be busy at the usual times given its location. No drive-thru but is a quick in and out location. However be careful to note that you drive past to get to the entrance to the strip.

I’m a Dunkin regular at short hills. But I do not recommend this location. Very unprofessional employees. The cashier was on a personal phone call ON SPEAKER while taking our order. And she got it wrong of course. I didn’t say anything about it. Just accepted my loss, left and wrote this review. It’s a shame to see how more and more people don’t care about their jobs or how they represent where they work
