I go to this location because it’s close, not because I prefer it. I order the same drink almost every time, and there’s like a 50% chance it’s made wrong. I’ve legitimately ordered the same exact drink 2 days in a row and gotten 2 completely different drinks. I order through the app so that the order is written out for them and there’s no verbal misunderstanding, so I don’t see a reason for this. The location is also dirty most days. I always see them sweeping and mopping the floor, but the tables, chairs, and stools often have coffee stains on them (and I see the same stain for days in a row). I can honestly say that I’ve had great food and drinks from this Dunkin’, but only about 50% of the time…

I love Dunkin Donuts. Service is friendly and I love their Chai Tea Latte much better than Starbucks. I recommend the Acacado toast with tomato on top. Yum!

Good Afternoon Valuable Customers!!! Which I definitely am. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Worst experience of my life at this quote on quote Business Establishment Lady who works there. Told me I had to leave. When I spent my funds on three different items. The regulars are able to stay as long as they want. Especially the males. The died Blonde Haired Lady was an still is rude to this day. Sad on this day an era. I was discriminated against an disrespected against. I made a a complaint to the Dunkin Higher Up. Manager called earlier today. Left me a voicemail to call him back. I walked to Dunkin. For manager to see me in person. I walk there an use a can to walk.

Came here an hour before closing, donut selection low. My donut was stale and dry. My bagel was hard and stale. My iced tea wasn’t even mixed with the sugar I had to stir it myself. Absolutely not. Also my hash browns were hard and freezer burnt.

Clean, in a great spot, awesome staff. Not as inviting to sit down as starbucks but if you’re looking for coffee & checking out the rest of downtown it’s great. Usually less crowded, too.

When I come here (instead of drive thru on Route 22) there are only two people, one being a woman. I think she may be the manager or something. I haven’t had great experiences here but this morning was just bad. I walk in and the woman is the only one I see. She is on her cellphone having a conversation. She barely greets me and just waits for me to order. One medium iced coffee just cream for me. One medium iced coffee milk and sugar for my friend. She makes them and sets them down and there is one hot coffee. Maybe because you are on the phone, that is why you made a mistake. She acts annoyed when I tell her and remakes it. Both iced coffees are very dark in color. I get to my car and sip mine. It is the wrong one because she put the wrong stickers on the cup. Come on this is covid we can’t be drinking other’s drinks. I switch the stickers and drink the one that I figure is mine now. It is sweet too… they were both watered down and a weird color. My friend was disappointed too. The one thing I like about Dunkin is how uniform it is, you always know what to expect. I can’t imagine doing my job while on the phone. Very unprofessional.

EVERYTIME I purchase donuts here there are flies stuck to them. The place ALWAYS as debris on tables and floor. And manager/owner is beyond rude to ANYONE who isn’t the same ethnicity as he. He is always a to me and MY MINOR daughters. BTW BEWARE HE CHARGES 4.99 FOR OAT MILK……….
