Place is awful. Dirty. Too many people workin in there banging into each other. Rude to us. Didn’t have anything we wanted which was basic items! Our food was cold. No one cared. Only had like 5 diff donuts available. Just horrible. Used to be a great place with TONS of donuts n options. Now it’s nasty n the prices are outrageous n the people are rude. Never goin there again! I got a horrible ham n Swiss sandwich , some cold grose sausage,egg & cheese sand n cold hashbrowns for $15.00!!! Cudnt even eat any of it. Got thrown out. Wat a waste & what a shame. Don’t no what happened there???

Ordered three bagels today. First off the girls were really rude for no reason. When my food was given to me they literally tossed it towards my way. My bagel is filled with avocado when I just ordered bagel with cream cheese. Also wanted to mention that it was no busy and this bagel took forever. There were two girls and one of them was literally sitting down using her phone and with gloves on. If you’re having a bad day I understand because we all do, but don’t treat customers like that.

Went to this dunkin at 11:15. Ordered a plain bagel. No plain bagels 3rd time this has happened. Only bagels they had were cinnamon raisin only muffins were chocolate chip, no sausage no croissants. Not worth stopping

Food is alway fresh and the workers are great.. if they make a error fix it with no problem.. if out of stock let me know when they will be back in stock and if I order on the go and they don’t have the item they ask me if I would like something else or let me know to come back when item is back in stock..

In the drive thru I patiently waited for the worker to take my order. I order a small ice coffee drove up and waited behind another vehicle for over 5min once the other vehicle left I pull up and the worker tells me they don’t have ice coffee.. I responded to the worker what is that on the counter I can clearly see the drink I order he then tells me I can come me and see for myself. Don’t stay open if you don’t have the inventory like ice or donuts or mention it beforehand

Dunkin no longer has donuts apparently. It was 5 pm and all there was is vanilla boston cream donuts, not the boston cream with the pudding, and coconut donuts. Who even likes coconut. Although it doesn’t get any better because I think they sell cigarettes now. My friend and I, I have a witness, saw an open pack of cigarettes just hanging out on the counter behind the ordering station. Like pass me one now because you ruined my day. Dunkin is just not it anymore, I guess we cant have nice things in Pburg anymore.

It was very slow when I ordered from here. There were 3 workers and it took them 20 min to get my drinks ready. And even then I had to ask for them. They had one of my drinks just sitting in their work station (completely finished but bot out so I can take it and leave). Not very conscious staff. The dunkin across the way has much better service.
