I am coming here second time . I am deducting 1 star since the bagel we took this time is like really dry and hard . I am wrong my last time experience as well which was good in terms of food though but the lady on the counter was not so customer friendly. Otherwise overall good experience.

I order 2 chicken wrap and they were cold my daughter was like mom is not even cook the wrap in not crunching is like warm but not cook is very upsetting because of the wait I’m a regular I go out of my way to make my purchase there I’m lactose intolerance and is the only dunking that follows directions when I request de coconut milk and if they don’t have it they let me know and give me another option

If I can give zero stars it would be the proper rating, avoid the headache go to any other Dunking in town. Worst service and food. Not only was I given the wrong order I was insulted for asking for a refund which I gave to an elderly person sitting in the store. The manager out of all people call me a “Pendejo” as I was leaving. ‍♂️ .

We chose the drive thru but had to go inside to select a donut and despite being historically known for Donuts…it’s in the name…this location has an extremely limited selection that fits in a single display case. Staff was very friendly however we arrived home to discover our cups of coffee were barely half filled!! That’s fine if your coffee is free but at a price point closer to Starbucks you need to fill up the freaking cup. Unhappy wife means unhappy life so we’ll be making the drive to Dunkin in Woodbridge.
