I was really pleased with my visit to the Dunkin located in Martinsville. The staff was pleasant and were quick to take care of us. The location is clean and has a nice area to sit down. We ordered coffees and bagels with cream, and all were made perfectly! Glad we stopped by and highly recommend visiting.

The manager on duty is absolutely amazing. He made my kids and myself feel welcome and was extremely pleasant. I drive past 2 other locations on my way to this one because I know the service is better!! Even on a busy morning he provides excellent service.

made the sandwich with the wrong type of cheese but then tried to just put the cheese i requested on top of the wrong cheese to “hide” it. i’m allergic to the wrong cheese that they used. disgusting. lazy. just remake the sandwich.. there’s 3 ingredients.

I stopped by this Dunkin’ to get a Sour Dough Breakfast Sandwich and a Large Decaf Coffee. The atmosphere seemed very pleasant and the customers openly chatted with the owners since they were regulars. My sandwich and coffee were both delicious!! I will definitely visit again!!

Bad Service and Bad Attitude. Went in for a coffee and after waiting 5 minutes. I asked the employee can I order a coffee. He said “I’m busy” and with anger. meanwhile I was the only person in the store. Also the Dunkin’ app was turned off for this store but it was opened. If you want to start off your day in a bad mood then go visit this place.

This owner does not provide curbside pickup without any sign while the curbside pickup is available in the app. There is even a curbside pickup parking spot outside the store. I ordered curbside pickup in the app and waited for over 20min and no one showed up. When I went to the store, the coffee was on the counter and labeled curbside. I asked the owner why he did not bring the coffee out. He chose to ignore me and turned to another customer. There are plenty of coffee places around. Don not go to this store.

Unfortunately, this is my local Dunkin. The staff is rude and slow as molasses. Don’t expect to stop by for a quick pickup. They also do not answer the phone when you call. They will rush you out of the business prior to closing time and tell you they are closing when it’s 5-10 minutes before their posted closing time. I suggest you drive past this business and continue on with your life.

the best dunkin’ in the area!! friendly staff, fast service, and orders are always correct and consistent. this is my favorite dunkin’ location and i always come here over the center of warren or basking ridge. my friends agree as well!! definitely come here if you want a great iced latte.
