Horrible customer service. They messed up my coffee to the point that it taste so bad I just threw it out. I called to bring it to their attention and the manager got on the phone and actually blamed me for them making a bad coffee.

New ownership here needs to get their act together. Remodel looks great but service took a complete nosedive. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong. Simple orders. Coffee w/milk and sugar. Oh and that simple coffee order will have you waiting 5 min at the window.

Unbelievable 12 donuts in the case, racks in the back full. I asked them why they didn’t put them in display case? Response there are only 3 of us here, of course I was the only customer in the store, and there to incompetent and lazy to do there job. Women said my boss should have more workers. This women needs to be fired immediately. Hope the owner reads post we won’t go back.

Coffee was really weak. Clean bathroom. Good service.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to and that says a lot since i live in Florida. Girl kept putting the wrong thing and forgetting stuff. After i put in my order i realized she didnt put in a coffee, so when i retold her a “sugar free vanilla iced coffee” she put hazelnut. So then i said “no its sugar free vanilla instead” she said ok, printed my receipt and it said hazlenut i had to go over and tell them while they were making it that it was wrong. The donuts werent good. And all of our 3 coffees werent sweet at all. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, and it wasnt even through the drive-thru.
