I used to go to this location every weekday for years. All of a sudden all my favorite people (first name basis) were gone and replaced by new staff. They kept screwing up my orders sometime 3 days in a row. I stopped going there for a year and had to go back there because of time today……screwed up my order. Totally incompetent. There is a reason why every Dunkin for miles has a line that spills out into the highway, except for this one. Check you bag and taste everything before you pull away.

The staff at this location are nice but… my niece placed an order using the kiosk and they didn’t have the donuts she ordered and paid for. Instead of letting her know they just sat her coffee on the counter. When she asked about them she was simply told they didn’t have them. Huh???? Why did she have to ask for a substitutions instead of being offered?!!! Anyway, this place is normally pretty good but this one incident rubbed me the wrong way. I will go back. Eventually.

All I wanted was a coffee. There were 3 employees on the floor. One guy was on the phone with his manager helping the only other customer in the store. They had gotten her mobile order completely wrong. Their kiosks were down. The 2 main registers were down. I waited. Only after I said something to the guy on the phone did he tell me the girl running the drive thru would take my order. She didn’t. He didn’t even tell her that I needed assistance. I waited. I said ” ok, I’m going to go then” , loudly enough for the employees to hear. They didn’t even bother to look my way.

I use to live this place. But I went in and was told I had to order from the kiosk, no problem. None of the workers will talk to customers. Isaud 3xcuse me four times before someone would acknowledge me. The girl at the counter just ignored me. No greetings at all coming in or leaving. Also the kiosk doesn’t have all the different donuts and we were told we could get the right one when the order was packed. We were sti getting the wrong item anyway and when we told her it was wrong she wouldn’t even turnaround. They are not friendly and have terrible customer service.

I’m very disappointed with Greenbrook DD. (Next to Taco Bell) My husband ordered 2 orders of Avocado Roasted tomato toast. (You get 1 Slice of rye toasted bread for each) He wanted the bread toasted on both sides. When he got home and checked, there were 2 rye bread avocado sandwiches with sun dried tomatoes on them. Not even toasted. When I called and explained what my husband was given, the person who answered the phone said we gave him what he asked for from the menu. He said they have avocado sandwiches on the menu. (I didn’t know that ). He never checked with anyone to see if they remembered the order. Also he never asked if I wanted to return for an exchange or refund. He also sounded like the manager. Too many other issues with this DD this is why I took the time to write this review.
