Seems like they’re always out of something never enough stock. Also for a place that serves breakfast sandwiches you think they would have salt and pepper as well.

This location never has donuts or muffins. The guy is nice but the girl that’s always there is not. I know they cook them the muffins there and I don’t understand why they wait until late morning (if that) to do so. Today they had nothing. Why own a dunkin it you can’t keep donuts supplied in it. Get it together

Whoever owns this store needs to give Carlos a huge raise. Every morning he is hussling his butt off and really sincerely cares about his regulars that come in. I have never seen someone run around like he does. He basically handles the morning rush all by himself, it’s honestly incredible. I don’t even mind waiting for my orders because I know he’s a one man show. As someone who worked at a coffee chain for five years I would consider it a privilege to have him on my team. So if you go there and they’re a little slow, know it is definitely not for a lack of trying. If you’ve seen him you know I’m not exaggerating.

The girl with the ugly orange hair who wears glasses gave us a horrible attitude because she didn’t understand we wanted 2 sandwiches and 1 avocado toast. Then basically threw our food at the counter and didn’t even say it anything.

This review was long overdue. They are always out of something. Bagels, smoothies, hash browns, even iced tea! Out of the 5 times I’ve been here, they are always out of something. Went today and ordered a bagel and coffee. Of course their bagels weren’t ready (this was an hour after they opened!!!) and the man behind the counter said if I wanted them I could wait 45 mins until they were ready. Ridiculous!! I never had any other issue with other dunkins. Not coming back here again

It took almost 15 min to get a large hot coffee with cream. There was only 1 person ahead of me , 5 people working,1 on the window,1 make breakfast & 3 making the coffees! Oh and they forgot the person in front of me completely, told her she already had her iced coffee!
