Dunkin’ donuts, do us a favor and shut this place down. I walked in at 5:00 there were absolutely no donuts, no bagels,no muffins…… nothing. No one behind the counter but The only employee was sitting at a table on his phone not helping anybody. Shut this place down and open up a rook.

Corporate really needs to go and take a look at this. Please none of the employees communicate with each other. They’re all walking around, doing their own thing which lacks team work. I waited 10 minutes for a coffee just to be given the wrong one and when I told them it was wrong they started taking their time making a new one just very unprofessional for a Dunkin’ Donuts establishment

Slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. There were 2 customers in the store, 2 cars in drive thru, 3 employees inside and yet I waited 20 mins for a cup of hot tea. And then they forgot to put milk in the tea after not knowing what my order was when I got to the window. This store has gone downhill since they moved 2 stores down. Will not go back.

My go-to Dunkin on the way to work! On weekday mornings it’s usually the same two women and they’re both super nice. I recommend ordering ahead on the Dunkin app since it’s just the two of them sometimes a line forms in the store but if i order ahead, my coffee is always waiting on the counter for me when I walk in.

They never offer all verifies of donuts including blue berry. Your not allowed to use the public restrooms and it took them 30 minutes to make my online order which was 2 drinks and 2 donuts.
