I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese and a coffee. The coffee was extremely hot and there were no sleeves available. I asked for an extra cup to cover it so I wouldn’t burn my hand. The woman working told me I would have to pay for the cup. I reiterated that I was just trying to keep my hand from burning but she refused and told me to use napkins instead.

The lovely lady and man that works here in the morning needs a raise. One day I came in to get my son and I a few things to start our day. I had a lot on my mind and I ended up leaving my card on the counter. I came back to see if I dropped it. The lovely lady held it for me. Kindness goes a long way.

Had a mobile order, waited patiently for 15 minutes for it because they were busy with only 2 people working. Upon asking the lady that works there if she had it she responded rudely telling me no so I showed her the confirmation of the order on the app, to which she responds I can’t see it and then rudely says you have to pay for your order as if I was trying to con her out of a cappuccino. So offensive and such poor customer service. It’s a shame cause this Dunkin is down the street from where I live so I would have been a daily customer but after this type of treatment I will never step foot into there and neither should anyone else.

Worst taste of a dunkin coffee ever ! Omg . No coffee.. it was just hot water . Not sure if they do fresh pots . Highly disappointed.. will never go back .. I tasted after coming out thinking it will be good . I didn’t have the patience to go back and ask the staff to taste their own coffee 🙂 ..

I asked for a matcha and bro didn’t even shake it. It wa a literally still white and streaky with dry powder. I also asked for oat milk and he gave me regular. Major L they didn’t even have food. Me personally, I wouldn’t take this disrespect i think they hiring anybody tbh ☠️ it was $5 too like the prices are high for mid food and drinks .

Good and fast coffee! Adequate amount of parking. You probably wont have problems if you come outside of peak hours. Service was fast and good. Place is clean enough as well if you want to stay and chill with friends. Enjoy your coffee!

I would give them zero if I could it then I can’t leave review. I love Dunkin and I go to my nieces house and I try to go to a different one before I get there because the woman is so rude. I’ve been frequenting that place for at least three years and I haven’t been there in six months and I decided I may be exchanged. No she didn’t disappoint. Still rude is ever I asked for bacon well done camera. I asked them to re-cook it still raw third time I got a young lady. She was very nice. She redid it and it was perfect. I am trying to use mobile app to get my sandwich and it’s a new system and no one knows how to use it not myself or the employee and then I couldn’t get my money back. Had to call the main number to get a refund Because I ordered to by accident. Worst experience ever I never right reviews or make complaint first time and I also took time to call main number to complain to company

Love this place. My coffee is now waiting for me when I come in. And when I bring my daughter, they give her a free donut every time. My daughter even gives the owners a hug and blows kisses at them (she’s 3). They are beyond nice. Food is always good and so are the drinks.
