Just wanted a butter bagel! Pulled up and was sitting there nobody asking me what i wanted! So I said HELLO HELLO, HELLO is anybody there? Nobody answer me! Pulled up to a very RUDE young white JERK! he said to me we don,t answer to be who yell! I said was i yelling he said yeah! He would not wait on me! Who owns this place they have to be losing a lot of business because he did not want to work! i don’t drink coffee never will go there anymore he must spit in your coffee!

I was having a problem with the app. I loaded points to get a “free” drink but for some reason it was saying that it was already used on the store computer. I showed the staff several times in several places that it was marked active but they insisted that I was lying. One staffer laughed and mocked me and the younger staffer insisted the offer was expired bc the date was 9/24 and today is the 25 but we’re in August not September. Completely horrible experience with horrible people. This was already my least favorite location bc of past poor experiences with nasty staffers but today has proven why I will never go there again. This location is closest to my work but I will go out.of my way to patronize another location after today’s rudeness.

We didn’t even get a chance to open the speaker and you come up screaming hello first thing. And you are racist. This type of behavior is NOT acceptable, so that’d why we could not serve you. Great service, guy in drive thru very nice and respectful. I asked for whipped cream and caramel at the speaker but when I came up to window it wasn’t in the drink but the guy in the window quickly fixed it for us. Please turn up volume on your headsets or something. But otherwise definitely recommend

Can I give a half star? Just a horrible experience. I asked the food without any meat including chicken(more than 10 times I spoke) but they gave me a food with meat which is against my religion. So I decided to throw it in the garbage right away and asked for my refund. Despite of giving me the refunds, there were two ladies who asked me why I threw that in the garbage. I said just because I ate it so you cannot give it to other customers but it seemed like she wanted to give it to other customers. There was one guy and a girl who were kind to me, so I’m giving 1 star, otherwise I had no intention to rate even half a star after what happened to me.

Regarding the review left by Dr Bhavin Anadkat, that is a complete lie. First of all, you came in with an empty bag that had the bacon omelet bites, while you said you just “took one bite and realized it had bacon on it” so you wanted a refund. We require to have the item back if you want such refund. We do not give it to other customers. It’s common sense! Second of all, you were very argumentative and used inappropriate language towards us, causing a scene for other customers, also threw away someone else’s bag that was on the counter that had nothing to do with your order. Lastly, how can we give you a refund while you were acting so irate in the store? We have pictures for proof. You are not welcome back at this location.
