It’s always busy at DD in OCNJ but the guys working were so friendly, happy, smiling & working so hard to fulfill orders. Even with a line to the door, the gentleman on the register made sure to treat each customer as if they were his close personal friend, even calling all of the guests his “Friend”. So polite & happy, most places that require customer service DREAM of employees like these. You could tell they were really busting their butts, they had outstanding communication amongst each other. It was wonderful to watch the staff laugh & joke with each other, not losing a smile once.

About the inside service. The clerk is a big dark skin guy at the counter. What a great guy. He is wonderful to the customers. I watched him interact with everyone while waiting. The young man at the drive thru window didn’t have a clue what was going on. Got my order completely wrong. Even after I told him it was wrong, he then got it wrong again. Company needs to train their employees better. And make sure they are capable of carrying out their duties. Also donuts were not fresh in the a.m. leftovers anyone?

Always fresh coffee and great friendly service. I don’t care for their donuts anymore. At all locations they just seem stale. I do t eat breakfast sandwiches made from microwaves so I can’t imagine how they would taste but to me yuk. But the staff is awesome and I love their coffee. And it’s always clean especially the restrooms.

We were heading back home to PA and had the pleasure of stopping at the Dunkin on West Ave and 10th street. The gentleman working the register , I believe Morris, was the most pleasant and legitimately happiest employee in the store. Our car battery died in the lot and the District manager, Scott, was there and helped out with our car. Best customer service ever. 8/14/23

There were six people behind the counter walking in circles no one wanted to work the front register. The toasted bagel taste like a rock no butter and sparce jelly. The coffee wasn’t even hot. Customer service was terrible on vacation I will make my own coffee

I came here craving a good chocolate frosted donut and to my surprise at exactly 7:43, we were rudely stopped by a worker telling us they were closed. May I remind you they were said to close at 8 as stated online. I’m very disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts. Do better.

We went into this dunkin donuts assuming that we could run in and grab a quick bite before we left. It ended up taking 20 minutes waiting in line to place our order. We got our munchkins and refresher immediately. Then, it took 30 minutes to recieve 3 wake up wraps and an order of hashbrowns. In the time we spent waiting for our order, another member of our family went to the McDonald’s next door, ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns, waited, received the order, and ate this order in 15 minutes, before receiving our Dunkin order. We are aware that this Dunkin did seem understaffed and it was during their breakfast rush on a Saturday, but many other people walked in and out with their orders in around 5 minutes (we are assuming that they ordered before coming in). We did notice that the guy working the register seemed very kind.

Some coworkers and I ordered breakfast from here. They didn’t include one of the doughnuts and the sandwiches were inedibly undercooked. When we called to get a replacement, they refused and said we had to get money back through Door dash, when it wasn’t our delivery driver’s fault at all. Avoid at all costs.

well…probably the worst dunkin experience ever. Ordered an iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar and the proportions were so off i asked them to remake it kindly and they did which was nice. BUT here’s where it gets bad. I ordered a ham and swiss croissant and they gave me a chocolate donut????? we went back in and they gave me my croissant. I took it out of the bag and it was still COMPLETELY frozen!!!!! right down to the center of it. You just don’t serve frozen product. cmon. The people were nice but I had to go back in there 3 different times!! the coffee mix up wasn’t a big deal at all- it happens. but the frozen food and mix up was just too much. I 100% will not be coming back to this dunkin. i’m fine just going over the bridge and coming back since the experience won’t be like this.
