This place is the most unprofessional drive through I’ve been to the crack head working here needs to be fired and the young lady’s that sit around literally putting stickers on drinks and not doing a thing should get fired! I want a manager to call me immediately I’ve spent twenty dollars here in the past two days and these girls can’t even make a ice coffee right, never will i ever go back there again

My husband and I went to this dunkin drive through. The drive thru worker proceeded to hand us our drinks and I noticed on my husbands cup it says “butter pecan swirl with black coffee” I told the drive thru worker that my husband is allergic to pecans so please make sure the drink is right. She brushed me off entirely and said “yeah yeah yeah” and lo and behold it was the wrong drink. Luckily my husband is fine and we went in and got the right drink but it was the very dismissive and rude attitude of the worker that really had me feeling disrespected. My husband could’ve had a really bad allergic reaction because of negligence on there part. Please don’t work at this food service industry if you don’t want to do your job and can do it right. Definitely won’t be going here again.

after multiple visits I have the same issues, this location is clearly not well-trained and i get coffee grounds at the bottom of a $7 latte. just go to the starbucks on jimmie leeds or the dunkin in absecon.

I’ve tried giving this location a chance, I’ve been here many times over the past few years and their service and quality of food and drinks never improved. Simple iced coffees always taste wrong and watered down and food is burnt or stale. There’s one young girl that does make the food and drinks good, although I don’t know her name.
