The WORST duncan I have ever eaten at! The Hash-browns were a combination of stale, burned, and soggy all at the same time, the donuts where dry and stale, and the sandwich was underwhelming. Coffee was disgusting. I think the Duncan Donuts in Maryland are better… and that is saying something!

I went through drive thru and sat there and was never acknowledged. Continue to wait in line thinking maybe it wasn’t working…I got up to the window and when I told the employee I never got to order bc no one acknowledged me of course it had to have been something I did according to her….and of course the icing on the cake was her not even offering to take my order….will not be going back to this location

I go there every mornings and today i had a bad experience the cashier forgot to ask my little cousin about the refresher if he wants it with green tie or lemonade and my frozen chocolate it was a frozen coffee and they forgot to put whipped cream after i asked so j send it back but i hadn’t tried it yet and the whip cream wasn’t in the correct order he just put to pass me

Haven’t been to this Dunkin in a while due to the rude staff that was there before so I was in the area stopped bye yesterday and today had a problem with my drink the staff made it right the second time the first time it was my fault didn’t know my drink came with an ingredient that I don’t get anywhere else but the staff was very nice remade my drink with out a problem they are very nice I will be back

I’ve waited less time in line at the DMV. The worst part is the oven is always “down for cleaning” so I’m not sure what takes 20 minutes at the drive through. Wont be going back

I don’t really like giving bad reviews… But this was pretty bad. There were 3 people behind the counter, and 3 customers waiting. I was in here about 20 mins. They apologized for the wait, claiming that 2 people just “quit and walked out” earlier. Even if that was the case, everyone was just moving slow, and there weren’t even many customers in the store. There was simply no sense of urgency or hustle. On top of that, the store was a mess, stuff on the floor, no napkins, straws just sitting in a bag on the counter. To make it better, they we’re out of plastic cups. The kind for iced coffee. They only had the regular cups for hot coffee. Had to get a “Large iced coffee” in a medium styrofoam one. Last but not least, my girlfriend’s coolata came in the same cup, and was straight dry.

The wait on a Sunday morning around 9 am was like 25 minutes for drinks. We finished our donuts while we waited. Maybe instead of offering food items they should stick with what is more doable. Next time I’m going to a different coffee shop for sure. And they kept calling out numbers and names that didn’t match anyone’s order. I finally found mine on the counter in a mass of unclaimed drinks. It was a mess
