They’re terrible. You have to wait like 10-20mins in drive thru because the speaker is broke and been broke for about 2 months. 8 out of 10 times going there your order isn’t correct. You ask for a chocolate frosted and look in the bag your pulling out a double chocolate. My sandwich was so hot today i couldn’t even hold it. I let it sit for my 20 min drive home and when I got home it still was hot, and I’m not exaggerating. Exactly why I’m writing this review. The overall experience is just stressful.

I left a one star because I had to in order to leave a review. I had read all the bad reviews before and now I understand. This girl that work there was the rudest person. I had to talk to the manager and he was trying to excuse her. She should of been fired on the spot for her behavior! The manager should of took action on the spot but he didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this dunkin donuts to no one!!

Consistency is one thing they get right ..CONSISTENTLY WRONG ORDERS . My receipt shows what I ordered and yet again they screw this up. We’ve given you a lot of chances and now we are done . Don’t try to call them it hangs up immediately… Door dash should drop this location .

Pretty bad experience here. Only one problem with the cashier. First time was impatient, second time just kicks me out after giving some attitude, a wrong order which I didn’t mind too much about, and refusing to give the rest of my order. Iv’e only went to this place twice, and my only issues were with that one cashier. The rest of the workers seemed nice and understanding, so if you see that one cashier just expect for the worst.
