My first visit to this location was through the drive-thru. I arrived at approximately 6:30 a.m. and found only one car ahead of me. As soon as it was my turn, the attendant promptly took my order. I kept it simple with a black coffee and a sandwich. The payment process was swift, and I received my order without delay.

Never going again to this Dunkin. They have messed up simple sandwich orders numerous times and today was last straw. Made me wrong sandwich, ok not a big deal so I drove back to get it corrected. The manager ended up remaking my food, didn’t toast the bagel, barely heated the sausage, and looked like they threw it all in the same wrapper and bag I brought back in. There’s way too many Dunkin Donuts that I can go to, to have to deal with such horrible service. I will say the coffee I got was good but I didn’t get anything fancy just simple medium coffee with cream and sugar. So maybe if that’s all you’re going to get go for it, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1

Worst dunkin in america! Never has anything! Went today around midday for munchkins, had none. This is the third and last time I’ll ever go to this dunkin, previous two times I’ve had to settle for something I didnt want or just left. AND they have the audacity to have a “Now Hiring” sign out front… For why? You’ve got nothing to sell apparently!!

This is one of the worst dunkins around. Drive throughs take absolutely forever. Food is often stale or incorrectly heated. Last time I went I was behind four cars in the drive-thru and it took me 15 minutes to get out of there. Obviously need more people working between 7:00 and 8:00 on weekdays. Silly.

Came here this morning around 7:30. Ordered some food and iced coffees. We kindly asked the woman at the drive through what kind of wake up wraps we could order. (Wanted to know what we could put in them as the menu doesnt say) She replied, “We have them all.” No help there. She then sighed very loudly. So we asked more specifically what proteins they offered. She replied in a nasty attitude what they had. Really disappointed as we havent had an interaction like this at this location before. Maybe she was having a bad day, but horrible customer service. Also, when we got the window, she took her mask off to do the transaction. Not sure why she needed to do that. Definitely not 6 feet apart.

Used the drive thru in the morning to get an iced coffee. It was not busy, and the person taking orders was not friendly. Went to the window and they did not have almond milk so I went with a different option. They were not personable or friendly at the window. Coffee was ok despite the lack of my initial choice of ingredients being available. Disappointed with the customer service. Will go to another one closer to my work location.
