I’ve told myself I was done with this one a million times. Well the day has come! I am.. They have absolutely no manners! Especially the guy with gray hair, he’s the most ignorant there, I’m pretty sure he’s the one that spit on some girl! How’s is he even still there!? He slammed my drink down so hard I’m surprised it didn’t explode! I don’t think there’s one pleasant one in there. For now on I’m only going to one ran by Americans! I go to Dunkin Dounuts a lot because I like their Americanos. I always get a small with 2 extra shots. It’s a powerful punch but it’s all I need for the day and I can finish a small. On a normal M-F in the morning, they get busy. However, when I ask for a small, they always up size my order to a medium (I still pay the same price for a small). I don’t care for the price but I would like for them to simply follow directions when I ask for a small. I’ve went to other DD locations and never had this problem. I never finish the medium ones and if I do, I experience an upset stomach. I sometimes go this dd on weekends and/or non busy periods and they follow my directions. But when it’s early in the am, they just give me a medium to be quick. I don’t like that. Starbucks be having an 8 mile line and they give what their customers ask for. I appreciate the up size but that’s not what I want. It becomes a waste since I don’t finish them and the distribution of the expresso isn’t the same effect as a small would have because the medium is bigger. In hindsight, it makes since to have 4 shots in a medium but again, I want a small with 4 shots. It’s what I’m willing to pay for yet these.guys can’t follow simple directions. I now have to go to the Gibbsboro location because they simply follow directions.

Absolute TRASH establishment. They rip customers off by blaming ALL drivers for orders being wrong. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they blame everyone else. Charged me $30 for my order and only sent coffee and blamed driver. I knew the driver personally so trying to say they stole my food is ridiculous. Do not order from here. Theyre a bunch of dirty, rude, uncivilized animals masquerading as a restaurant. They shouldn’t be able to feed animals let alone an entire county. Manager is worst of all. He’s rude and uneducated.

Just stopped off 95 around 1:30pm. On a long trip from NC up to New England with a puppy in the car, so we are trying to be super thoughtful about our stops. Both bathrooms had “temporarily out of order” signs up. Waited about 3 minutes at counter, peeked to see 2 employees staring at their phones, so said “hi there”, and after 30 seconds, one finally looked up. Told me that I needed to head down to them by the drive thru because the register wasn’t working. I asked about a close bathroom, perhaps the gas station next store? The girl working was completely apathetic, just a “I don’t know”. The two boys working at least attempted to help telling me about a Wawa nearby. I really should’ve just said, “if you don’t want to work, just tell me”- would’ve saved us all some time. At least got coffee, so there was that.
