Usually I don’t ever have an issue with this store but today I order 2 strawberry coolattas (can’t spell) and he hands me 2 warm strawberry drinks not a ice chip to be found anywhere. Then he proceeds to argue with me telling me they are frozen. These drinks were warm to the touch. I ask for a refund he tells me I gotta come back tomorrow for his manager. Now I am waiting over 10 mins for him to remake these drinks. I will be back to speak to the manager

I went through the drive thru and was asked to wait outside for my food. After 20 minutes, i went inside and they still hadnt made it. Just asked for a refund. This dunkin does not care about its customers. This delay made me late for work. This location needs to get its *stuff* together.

rude staff, food not toasted at all it’s like they just get it from the containers n just put it together. coffee tastes like straight water with a hint of coffee i can’t even get thru 1 sip. i keep trying to give them chances but it’s the AM team and afternoon team. it’s horrible. i’ll be sticking to wawa and starbucks from now on. i wasted so much money on this place!!!!

Most of the time if they don’t have something they won’t tell us that they don’t have it and give us something else example I asked for a cinnamon bagel with butter and jelly then they gave me a plain bagel with butter and jelly without saying anything… this has happen multiple times

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for 4+ years and every time am happily greeted by the AMAZING manager, KC and her team. They’ve always been so sweet and helpful. No matter what, she and her team always asked me how I’m doing and they even remember my order! I only went to this Dunkin because of the amazing customer service; however, this is no longer the case. Unfortunately, a new manager started and since, I’ve received really rude service. Some days, I still see some of KC’s team and luckily they’re still super nice, but my many encounters with the new manager have been so poor I’m thinking of just sticking with Wawa.
