These people do not know how to work. I used to work at dunkin and know how to make food. I ordered a croisant a bagel and cream cheese and hasbrowms. These people are super aggresive, and i heard them say in spanish “ima burn it” they burned my food and when i said these are burnt they refused to make another one. They said do i work at dunkin and do you? I told them i did and a croisant gos for 10 seconds and bagel goes for 20. But they put ihem together which would obviously be burnt. They started arguing when i said to make another one. now, i ordered some hashbrowns 6pc and they only put two in one bag. Terrible service do not reccomend.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is going downhill fast I feel bad for the owner it is absolutely disgusting in there the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years staff is very rude and unfriendly unwilling to help the customers. There are flies flying all over the donuts every day. The bagel and muffin machine has been broken for months. I would give this Store zero stars if I could. My entire family one by one has stopped using this Duncan they have lost over 15 customers in my family alone this month. They should just close the doors permanently or sell it to an owner who actually cares

I went in and found a very curious and pleasant staff. They were very much the best I have seen. They made you wish they were your family. The premises were clean ,the selection of food was fresh with a good variety. I even saw how they responded to a child leaving her change. I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised that it was perfectly made,and that I didn’t have to repeat it. This store is great,I’m glad they are open 24 hours.

I ordered an iced coffee with less cream, sugar and a shot of espresso. What I got was extra cream and no espresso. Not the first time for this mistake. This dunkin is constantly inconsistent and the hours are terrible. And by the way no one answers the phone to fix the problem. Better off going across the street to Wawa.
