First impression was good as we walked into a clean and modern dining area, but it was all downhill from there. The doughnut sections were limited, and the servers were rude. Our order of chicken wrap and vanilla doughnut turned into a plain egg wrap and sprinkled doughnut. Our small order of cappuccino came only 3/4-cup full. Overall, this brunch was a disappointing experience, especially for our daughter who used to love Dunkin’s.

The hasgmh briwns were mushy and not fully heated. The Caucasian lady taking the order is not friendly at all. She was rushing so fast and taking an order while collecting the money and handing you the food. Can’t even ask her for napkins or ketchup.
