In all aspects I rate this Dunkin, because it is EXCELLENT!! 101% recommended, the staff that attends the establishment is fantastic, one of the girls that attends the cashier, is so friendly and helpful, her name is Asma, THE BEST !! without a doubt, like Nazia and Umer they are completely admirable !! and very friendly people , absolutely I recommend it again, it’s clean, the music is nice, an adequate volume, the service is super fast, definitely a good place to release the pressure of day to day. And personally is my favorite Dunkin.

When we pulled up to order, we asked for a second to look at the menu and decide. Less than a minute later, girl on the speaker asked if we were ‘ready yet’ in an annoyed tone. When we finally pulled up to the window we got a bagel with cream cheese instead of butter like we asked, which was annoying because my girlfriend is lactose intolerant. The drive thru was empty other than us and the parking lot was empty too so I’m really not sure why it was so difficult for them.

Went through drive thru asked for egg & sausage no cheese..pulled up to window…paid left a tip and received my coffee and sandwich….cashier even stated no cheese…drove thru parking lot stopped reached in bag for sandwich….opened it up cheese was the first thing i saw…i went back and questioned why do i have cheese…they remade the sandwich…..i will not be going back
