Was the only car in the drive through… no one inside…. Looked like only one person working. And she was talking on her phone. I sat at the window for over 10 minutes for a sandwich and a coffee which she talked on the phone the entire time. She gave me my sandwich which was not in a bag and acted bothered when I asked for a straw. Very poor service.

When I tell you I go every day I go literally every day and they are always extremely pleasant and completely make my morning. In fact, it’s like getting my morning breakfast from family. Very horrible customer service, I went in for an iced coffee and a chocolate donut. I didn’t get greeted when I came in and it took a cashier about 5 mins to ask me for my order. The cashier was more concerned if I was going to take the tips out the tip jar then actually helping me. I waited about 10 mins for my coffee and I was the only customer in the store. And I had to mention to two separate people how I never received my donut. I Wouldn’t go back

They provide excellent service with friendly staff. They are one of the few 24-hour locations except on Sundays. I’ve ordered my favorite drink at other local locations, and they often get it wrong, so I try to stop at this location as much as I can.

Im so sick of this place. I come here because it’s convenient but I’m tired of constantly having EVERY order messed up, the rudeness and the attitude like me ordering is a disturbance. No thank you, no have a nice day. Straight ignorant. Drive a bit up and get better service at the dunkin in lawnside or the other voorhees location, because is not it.
