This place had a rough start when they opened a couple years back but they have really gotten it together. It’s probably the best Dunkin around – friendly, competent staff, well made sandwiches and drinks, clean, and plenty of seating. Even my special request latte was made great and the cashier was super friendly about it.

I put a mobile order in and then drove to the drive through window after , the man told me that i can’t be pressing the submit order button and then come to the window expecting my order to be ready . like sorry ? didn’t realize that i wasn’t allowed to wait at the window until my order was finished ? what is the difference between putting an order in through the drive through and putting an order in on the mobile dunkin app , like you still would have to wait for the order regardless lol i don’t get that. he told me to drive over to the parking lot and then he yelled over to me to come back to the window so when i did he told me that he “only has two hands” and i can’t be ordering that fast and expecting it to be ready and got smart with me when i did nothing wrong like that was so rude . i told him that i literally work in customer service and i am a cashier so i understand how it is but i could have just waited the 2 minutes it took him to make the order like that made me upset that i even was talked to like that . definitely will not be coming back here

I work down the street from this Dunkin’ and usually its OK. I just ordered mobile, and got 3 donuts. I chose 3 different kinds, and was given 3 totally different varieties without explanation. I didn’t even order the kind that they gave me, and of course these employees know you’re in a rush and going to drive thru for convenience, but they DON’T CARE. Terrible customer service, and had ZERO concern, or desire to explain that they ran out of said variety. 1 Star for sure.

Every time I go here it’s a new set of staff. I usually order a decaf latte with a flavor. Half of the time it’s ok, the other half it’s terrible. Today the coffee tasted burnt, I asked them to remake, they didn’t understand what I was saying and gave me a glass of hot milk, filled up halfway with syrup. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Plenty of other competent Dunkin’s in the area

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for many months and recently had a very poor experience. I ordered my drink at the drive thru and went to the window to pay. I opened my app and wanted to redeem an offer I had and requested to add on an item. I was flat out told no because it would take too much time and I would hold up the line. I was instructed the only way I could get the item was to get back on the line and re-order. I find it wildly inappropriate for the employees to deny additional menu items to an order a customer is willingly paying for.

By far the worst Dunkin experience! Been a Dunkin customer for years now but never experience staff with nasty attitude until my recent visit in this store. I ordered using the app for drive thru pick up. I drove up and lady on the speaker told me to pull up to the window. I’m literally the only customer that night. As I pulled up to the window, this old Indian dude started to yelled at me saying that I have to order atleast 5-10 mins ahead before picking up! I asked him to calm down and said my sorry and I offered to just park and come back once my order is ready. Mind you, I was the only customer that night! He started to yell at me saying ”what if there’s car behind me” that it will be an inconvenience for them. He sounded very upset and mad. The other lady Indian staff also started to same the same thing. They could just told me in the first place that my order is not ready and i’d get it! I’m not hurrying them up. I’m not sure if they’re good with something else, but definitely not with costumer service! Please Consider driving to other nearby Dunkin like in Ellisburg Circle, but not here!

Beautiful store. Nice selection. Horrible staff. Walked in and staff were all sitting on crates and on their phones. Had a question about what kind of munchkins were available. One staff member didn’t hear me while busy. The rest of the staff were too engrossed in their phones to reply as we said “Excuse me!” This place would be great if it had staff who were interested in helping customers.

Omg! The worst Dunkin’ experience ever!! I make the simple order once coffee with two pumps of simple syrup and cream, easy and simple . I have to explain few minutes and still get it wrong and the staff with short hair middle age with the glass was scream at the store “ because you’re on the phone , you did not said cream!” I am like what is wrong with her first of all I am very sure I said cream ! Second how is it reflecting your store when one of your staff screamed in front desk!! Omg! Good product but poor employee training
