I absolutely love the service at this location! I specifically go out of my way to visit this location. They are always super busy but are so proficient that you never wait long. The staff there are always polite and friendly! I give them 5 stars every time. I highly recommend this location over any other and they are way more friendlier and faster than Starbucks. I’ve been ordering from this Dunkin the past 3 years as it’s the closest to my house. However, I will go out of my way to go to another location because this one is beyond inconsistent. I order a drink at one location it’s delicious, order it here? Tastes like watered down coffee. They refuse to make drinks how you order them , refuse to give you the food that you ordered (order chocolate donut gives you a glazed one, order a sandwich on a bagel will give you a biscuit, etc) and so on. First of all Im typically not a fan of any DD. In the past I’ve had far more negative DD experiences then positive ones. My recent experience at the Brooklawn location was unlike any other DD visit I’ve ever had. The young women at the counter was a delight. She made my day when I wasn’t having a great one. They’re one of the few locations that still allow you to sit and enjoy your coffee at a table inside. (since the beginning of covid most locations don’t allow dining in or the use of restrooms. and its been a couple years since restrictions began.) Due to nasty weather and not much else to do I sat and enjoyed my coffee while using my laptop far longer then I typically would’ve. Although I only ordered a small coffee the employees didn’t rush me to finish or make me feel unwelcome in the slightest. Quite the opposite! The pleasurable young women at the counter even offered to refill my small coffee free of charge when I requested a lid upon leaving!
